This pathway may support college students, recent graduates, career starters, career changers, and qualified candidates seeking real-world development through structured guidance, practical assignments, mentorship, and measurable readiness standards.

ABC intends to explore Federal, State, and Local apprenticeship opportunities, including Registered Apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship models, while building a higher internal standard of preparation rooted in love, truth, wisdom, clarity, care, communication, stewardship, service, and capacity.

Apprentice candidates may receive structured exposure to areas such as:

YAI Pathways™ Apprentice Candidate participation is a development pathway. It does not guarantee employment, compensation, placement, or future selection.

YAI Pathways™ Qualified Candidates are individuals who have demonstrated greater readiness for ABC-related opportunities through preparation, participation, service alignment, communication, and practical development.

These candidates may have completed or participated in ABC-related transformational activities, service, training, membership, or development pathways and may be considered for future opportunities based on business needs and role fit.
